The secret to any good pizza is the crust. And the ticket to a great crust is the oven. Our rotation brick oven bakes each pizza to perfection at 710 degrees in 4 minutes. The stone was harvested from the Italian Dolomites. The oven weighs 3,900 lbs and required the building to be structurally engineered to accommodate it. During peak times, we can fit up to 6 large pizzas in the oven at once.
